Objective
Water cooler interactions are informal, non-work-related conversations between employees in a typical office environment. Now your team member can engage online through Webex meeting. I am people manager since 2019 wich means that I managed a team of consultants before COVID, during the pandemics and post pandemics. I have seen how interaction between team members were evolving to adjust to new hybrid work model. To ease the transition phase and allow team members to chat and bond, I developed Watercooler application.

Implementation
Scheduling meetings for large team is daunting taks. Watercooler application faciliates creation of Watercooler meetings for your team. Application integrates with Webex API to create meetings.
Watercooler Application has been developed in Pega 8.8.1 using new UI architecture which is Constellation, a React based modern UI framework.
