The idea behind this application is to give people manager and LSA a tool to keep track of onboarding process realted to gathering knowledge reqired for SA/SSAs. Newhire checklist serves as source of data in regards to progress with learning items required for give role.

Newhire Checklist application guides New hire during the first months with Pega platform. New hire will learn the basic knowledge required in each project. The checklist can also be used by already experienced employees to reevaluate their knowledge and discover potential gaps.
Newhhire Checklist is an application that will guide new hires during your first months working with Pega platform. With the help of the application managers can structure extended onboarding that will teach new hires learn the basic knowledge required in each project. This additional learning is on top of Pega Academy and prepares trainee for real life assignments.
The checklist can also be used by already experienced employees to reevaluate their knowledge and discover potential gaps.
The main goals of NHC:
- Enable new hires to become productive consultants in an effective way
- Share “tribal-knowledge” and fill gaps left by current training offerings on Academy
- Gather Hands-on experience on various aspects of developing in Pega
- Discover most useful sources of knowledge both related to technical skills and soft skills
Installation

In you Pega 8 environment navigate to Confgure -> Application -> Distribution -> Import and select zipped RAP file avialable in this repository.

After sucessfull import of application add one of following Access Groups to your operartor:
- NewhireChecklist:Admin
- Switch to Newhire Checklist application.
